General Exchanges & Returns
Please email email@example.com regarding any returns. You may return/exchange new, unworn items, in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the reason for return is the result of Encino’s error or manufacturing defect. If merchandise is exchanged, Encino will provide flat-rate shipping, for the new product to be shipped back to you. If we are sold out of product or if product is bought at a discounted price, exchange for a different item may be applied. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping your return; include your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will provide further instructions. Don’t forget, our shipping bags have a second seal, so they can be reused.
Local Exchanges & Returns
To reduce our environmental impact, Encino provides and accepts in person pick-up/drop-off for local returns or exchanges. Please email email@example.com for more information.
